a dilemma with my sister and my best friend? please answer! thanks?

so my sister loves this necklace and bangles (matching set), but u cant get it just anywhere (not ebay), its kinda hard to find. she's crazy over it and she asked me to find it. so i told my best friend about her fetish over this accessories, but my bestfriend took it like i want the necklace and bangles. so after she went overseas she brought me back the exact necklace and bangles my sister wanted. i cant wear it now because my sister would be devastated and she would be furious at me (i love to copy her style and lately she's been really annoyed that i dress like her). but if i dont wear it my best friend would be disappointed because its kinda expensive. i had an idea of re-giving the necklace and bangles to my sister as a present but if my best friend found out she'd be mad. what do i do?
